Hollywood A Go-Go (1965)

During his appearance on November 20, 1965 other guests included Jackie Wilson.

A Young Girl

The first song Noel performed during his Hollywood A Go-Go appearance was his 1965 single, A Young Girl.

His cover of the Charles Aznavour song was one of his biggest early hits and helped launch his career in America.

The Future Mrs Awkins

The Future Mrs Awkins, was the B-side to A Young Girl.

The song was not included on an album until Decca released the compilation The World of Noel Harrison in 1969.

The song dates from 1899, when it was written by music hall performer Albert Chevalier. It was also covered by Herman's Hermits for their 1966 album, Both Sides of Herman's Hermits.
