During this American concert, Noel performs a beautiful set of songs spanning his entire career, from the 1960s up to the modern day.

Interspersed between such classic tracks as The Windmills of Your Mind and Sparrow, he also tells stories from his life both in England, America and Canada.

Other stand-out tracks include L'Ame des Poetes, a French song by Charles Trenet, which Noel sings partially in English, and his own song, Avalon.

Live versions of tracks from the 2003 album Hold Back Time also feature strongly.

The sparse set, which features just Noel on guitar, was recorded at Boulevard Music, a concert venue in California.

Middleton Fire Brigade, from the album Mount Hanley Song, is included as a bonus track.

This CD was recorded live at my friend Gary Mandell's guitar shop and concert venue, Boulevard Music, in Culver City California (part of Los Angeles) a few years ago.

The bonus track was recorded in Toronto, Canada, produced by Mendelson Joe, and is dedicated to the Middleton, Nova Scotia, volunteer fire department.
